There are many different ways to serve your community with our Fire Departments
Office & Clerical Work
There is a lot of paper work involved in the fire service. From reports and grants to just keeping up with the inventory and training schedules.
Exterior Fireman
Become an exterior fireman and help the interior pull hose, throw ladders and change SCBA bottles. Assist with hydrant hookups and many more important tasks that are crucial to the success of the Fire Department.
Truck Driver/ Pump Operator
Driving: Fire engine operators drive to fire scenes in a variety of conditions, including traffic, weather, and topography. They must ensure a safe and timely response.
Operating equipment: Fire engine operators operate pumps, generators, and other specialized equipment. They also lay hose, use nozzles, and adjust engine speed and pump valves
Fire Police
Come help keep everyone safe by blocking & directing traffic. Fire Police plays a crucial role in many different capacities on fire scenes.
Interior Fireman
A specialized firefighter who enters burning buildings or hazardous areas to fight fires and prevent the spread of fire. Also perform vehicle extrication and many other rescue operations.
Fire Auxillary

Providing refreshments: Provide food and drinks to firefighters and EMTs at emergency incidents and long calls.

Providing logistical support: Assist with logistics during emergencies.

Providing support services: Provide support services at the scene of a fire, such as helping firefighters rest and hydrate.

Assisting with fundraising: Help raise funds for the fire department.

Assisting with community education: Assist with community education.

Hosting events: Auxiliary members may host events such as yard sales and bake sales
